Key Achievements: Acquired a struggling business and repositioned products in the market to enhance consumer appeal. Established a strong distribution network for the short-shelf life products while, in parallel, innovatively developed new products and launched them successfully in the market. Throughout our partnership, the company grew by more than ten folds into profitability.

Key Achievements: Grew the crinkled potato chips market utilizing Tiger as the main brand to increase consumer demand to compete head-to-head with Pepsico’s Chipsy and Crunchy brands. Tripled brand sales and maintained double-digit year-on-year growth to grow the company’s total sales by four-fold.
